Integrity Rehab has been offering Pelvic Floor Therapy for over 20 years, and we are excited to offer it at our new Burleson clinic.
Jeanice Mitchell is a pelvic health Physical Therapist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She founded Integrity Rehab, a Medicare-certified outpatient rehab agency with 5 Texas locations, in 2001. She currently serves as President of Integrity Rehab. She co-founded Integrity Home Health, a Medicare-certified home health agency, in 2004. She currently serves as administrator of Integrity Home Health.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, and then went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine-Austin. She became licensed in Texas in 2015 and is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Stephanie is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) through the Institute for Athletic Regeneration. She has also completed Pelvic Floor Rehab training as well as received Dry Needling Certification (Cert. DN) through IAOM. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is Site Coordinator of Clinical Education for Integrity Rehab. She previously spent time in Guatemala City, Guatemala providing physical therapy services, wound care, and education to the impoverished community. Stephanie looks forward to taking similar trips to other countries in the future. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her son participate in sporting activities, traveling, reading, and live music.
