Our Mission
To end vaginal prolapse and incontinence through pelvic health education and
non-surgical advocacy.
Thousands of women in Belize and beyond live with pain, prolapse, and incontinence—without access to care.
We’re changing that.

1 in 4 women globally experience pelvic floor dysfunction, a common but often untreated condition affecting quality of life.
Why we do this?
Belize has no pelvic floor physical therapists.
Women suffer in silence from conditions that are treatable—without surgery.

Pelvic health care isn’t a luxury. It’s essential.
Who We’re Helping
We’re serving women across Belize—many traveling hours to receive care.
This mission focuses on underserved communities in the northern region near the Mexico border.

These are mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts, sisters and caregivers finally getting the help they deserve.
Why It Matters
With the right care, women can:
• Regain control over their bodies
• Live without pain or discomfort
• Restore confidence and daily function

Simple education and therapy can change everything.
What We’re Doing This June 2026
myPFM is partnering with Global Surgical Expedition (GSE)— a team of urologists and urogynecologists that have been providing life changing surgeries in Belize for over a decade. GSE identified a nonsurgical need- many people can improve incontinence and prolapse through pelvic floor physical therapy and nonsurgical management.
