Join this 5-day joint challenge between Ashley Martinez, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Jeanice Mitchell, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. 

If you are anything like most people around the holidays, you are busy doing things for everyone and everything EXCEPT yourself! 

From picking up pumpkins to cleaning up after the big holiday meal, we will help you prepare your bodies to do what you need and want to do WITHOUT leaking, pain, or pressure. 


Each day includes 2 exercise videos: the video from Jeanice will cover how to engage your pelvic floor and core during various movements and the video from Ashley is an actual workout with a series of movements to exercise along to. 

We CHALLENGE you to take some time out of your day to prepare YOURSELF for the holidays!
